Dallas County is pleased to have trained benefit counselors assist with this year’s enrollment. During the enrollment, each of you are encouraged to attend a quick, virtual private 1-to-1 session with a benefits counselor. Benefit counselors will provide information as well as offer you simple, straightforward advice as you sort through your choices.

1. Virtual Co-Browsing Session (PREFERRED) Select your date and time from the calendar. You will receive a confirmation email with your virtual enrollment link. The Colonial Life Benefit counselor will confirm the appointment OR suggest an alternate time based on availability.
