In place of an on-site visit from your designated benefit counselor this year, you will be able to receive the same level of personal, one-to-one assistance conveniently via phone and/or screen sharing with your computer!
Next to the name of your site is the assigned benefit counselor or dial-in center access number. If your site is directed to the dial-in center, there is no calendar schedule needed. Please call the number directly. Complete the contact information and even if you can't make an appointment someone will call you back.
Due to the unusually high volume of activity this open enrollment, please view the calendar as a request for your "preferred" time to meet and not a guaranteed time slot. You may email your benefit counselor or leave a message containing your direct phone number (mobile/non-work # is preferred) along with your email address for ease of response.
Step 1: Review the materials/fliers given to you to familiarize yourself with the benefit offerings.
Step 2: Gather any information you may need to enroll ahead of time, such as dependents and beneficiary names, birth dates, Social Security Numbers, and addresses.
Step 3: A benefits counselor with Colonial Life will be available by phone.
Step 4: Register to receive assistance by completing the form below. Even if You may also contact the benefit counselor or Dial-In Center* representatives directly. Their contact information is listed next to your site name and also contained in the schedule information box on the calendar page. If there is no schedule available, please reach out to your representative directly.
NOTE: There is no schedule available for the Dial-in Center designated sites.
