Hello and Welcome to IHA!
Please choose any available time within this scheduler to set up a personal one-on-one telephonic appointment. These appointments are done over the phone only, no computer needed. Once you have selected your appointment, please make sure that you have the following in preparation for it:
- All Dates of Birth for each family member (spouse and dependent children) that will be added to your enrolled plans

You will receive a call from an Enrollment Counselor at your scheduled time. Please allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes, as the previous appointment may be longer than expected. It is the exact same attention that will be provided to you on your call, if needed!
